The light that is spreading across the world is a light that lifts burdens and overwhelms the powers of darkness. This light of the gospel will lift our sprits, improve the way we feel about ourselves, illuminate our souls, and inform our thoughts and actions. It provides answers, comfort, and peace. It can change everything about us if we will let it. This theme from the 2005 BYU Women's Conference reminds us that the blessings of the Restoration can be found in every aspect of our lives as the truths of the gospel of Jesus Christ provide an anchor and guide for us and our families.
