If you've read Martinusen's "Winter Passing" and "Blue Night," you MUST cap it off with this satisfying wrap-up. If you haven't, I challenge you to spend some time in the mystery-wrapped stories of this wonderful writer.

Martinusen crafts a stand-alone story, but for those who've read the previous novels, there is much to find that is familiar and intriguing. This time around, we view WWII history through the eyes of Amanda, on assignment with a television show. She is not only fighting for her job, she's fighting to discover the truth of her family's heritage. What she finds will rock her world and challenge her beliefs.
