The book didn't make much sense. I read his first one about karma, and loved it. In this book he makes the case that our horoscope has all the elements for a full life. But we need to use our ascendants correctly in order to make it the best or most fulfilling life it can be. We need to be careful what we "let into our karmic doorway" in order to"use our ascendants to their maximum abilities." But he doesn't say HOW to do it. All I can guess is that it's important to not let other people "spin" you in the wrong directions, or let them get you so involved in their lives and problems that you neglect your own. I was disappointed, although his descriptions of the ascendants are good, any good astrologer can do that, myself included.
